What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. So as soon as you discover a fault, please email us at warspeedindustries@gmail.com with the order number and details of the fault.

The item I’ve received is incorrect. What shall I do?

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straightaway. Please contact our us at warspeedindustries@gmail.com with your order number and state the error and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

I’m missing an item from my order, what should I do?

We may have sent your items in separate parcels. Please contact us and we can provide your tracking number to you on all orders.


How does your Australian Standard Delivery service work?

All products will be sent via AUS POST where possible.

Estimated standard delivery times are 5-7 business days from the date you place your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note that ALL T-shirts are printed to order so please allow an additional 48 hours for production.

Where is my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived yet then please contact us immediately and we will provide you with a tracking number you haven’t already received one.

What are your care instructions?

Care instructions vary by the product, please look for the care instruction label inside the garment. Please ensure you do not iron directly on top of the print of any item.
